Once the objectives of the client are determined, Brown & Brown Insurance then distributes the corporate bid specifications to a number of qualified insurance markets for their quotation development. Upon receipt of the quotations that warrant recommendation, an executive summary is prepared outlining several outstanding choices, yet recommending the plan that truly satisfies the criteria set forth by the client.
	The executive summary is performed at least once a year, normally at renewal, or as needed, depending upon the needs of the needs of the client.
