How can I get a list of providers?
Most health care carriers list provider directories on their internet web site.
Internet provider directories are updated more frequently then printed hard copy
directories, which are are generally updated 2 times per year. If you do not have
access to the world wide web, your employer's benefits office should be able to
provide you with a printed directory. If your benefits office does not have them,
you can contact the insurance carrier's Member Services department for a listing.
